Projects

A few of the things I've been building under the Wilson House umbrella — from open-source tooling to productised software.

HOSPOS

Open source

HOSPOS is an open-source POS terminal designed for hospitality and retail environments. It combines a Go backend with a modern Next.js front-end and Flutter-based mobile clients to provide a flexible, multi-platform point-of-sale experience.

The focus is on reliability, offline-tolerant workflows and clear, operator-friendly interfaces — while keeping the architecture straightforward to deploy and extend.

OptiTime

Product

OptiTime is a time management and tracking product focused on making it easier for teams to log, understand and report on their time — without fighting with the tooling. It grew out of real project work where existing timesheet systems were either too rigid or too clunky.

The platform combines simple, opinionated workflows with clear reporting, helping teams understand where effort is going and giving managers just enough structure to keep projects on track.

If you're thinking about building a product, internal tool or integration in a similar space, I'm happy to talk through options and trade-offs.
